Our approach to time management training

It's not enough to be efficient - time management is also about being effective. In our book that means not only managing your time to do things right, it means doing the right things.

Consequently, our time management training looks both at how to be more efficient in any given task, but also how to look at what tasks to take on first. Time management is as much about prioritisation as it is about how you do things.

We'll spend time on the things 'traditionally' included in 'time management training' as well - but without the bigger picture that's not much use in the long term.

Who needs time management?

Everyone?

There's an old 'joke' that people would come along for time management training but they're too busy to find the time - we've heard it! But let's face it, if you're struggling to do what you want to do, or at least do it to the standard you want it done to, or you need to find some 'me time' then the chances are this training would be for you. But it's not just a one-person thing. Our experience is that poor time management is cultural. Generally, there's a culture lacking in prioritisation etc which leads to inefficient and ineffective time management. Because of this, we recommend that you seriously consider time management training as a team issue, not just a personal one.
