… well we do. It’s just that they don’t look like icebreakers!
The “trick” like in running an icebreaker that doesn’t feel like one. Instead it feels like it’s useful training content.
What’s more, it’s important it doesn’t hack off those people who hate icebreakers – from response on LinkedIn to when I posted this video, that’s just about everybody! 🙂 Of course it isn’t, because the responders are self-selecting but at the least it illustrates that there are a lot of people who’re with me on this.
